Extremely undervalued our supervisors dont care about us at all, they just want to fill their pockets
Because I show up everyday and I'm way under paid even and I been asking for a performance review to get a raise but yet I get ran in circles and then asked to take on more responsibility but no one says anything about a raise
They dont pay wages are exteemly low long hours no help overworked and underpaid
It is piece work so you get paid only for what you complete. So the incentive is to complete the work fast, not properly. Then when something is not not properly you take full blame, even if it was the person before you who did it. They preach safety then put you in a position to do it unsafe.
Need raises to increas moral
The good technicians are great but there are a lot who take no pride in their work. As a result if you do take pride in your work you have to clean up a lot of other technicians shotty work.
They're all selfish. They WILL leave you stranded and stuck out late if it means they can go home
The management needs construction experience

Pay increase better wages any bonus at all for the workers in the field
owner needs to get involved and not just sit back ignoring complaints and counting his money
In person interview and walk through
All the initial interviews are done by what seems to be call center people. Then they play the interview recording to hiring managers. Very impersonal, but also pretty easy if you have a brain.
Don't interview, have potential employees go for drug test, then offer the position and then tell then they don't have a spot in the training class
