We are supported by open-minded leadership that actively listens, values diverse perspectives, and brings out the best in us as professionals. Their willingness to engage, adapt, and empower their teams enhances our individual strengths and allows us to grow, collaborate, and perform high.
Executives could be a little more in touch with their workforce. Management is fantastic on my team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair.. depends on weather forecast tho
Healthcare and other benefits as well as weekly pay
The medical coverage is good
Unlimited PTO 80 hours of sick time deductible is 750 for a PPO plan.. benefits start day 31 employee perks galore.. What is not to like.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department is supportive, flexible, and very into "get the work done" and "serve our community." In that regard, our community is our coworkers. Everyone is goal oriented, and motivated to do the job every day. Very funny, leading with kindness... etc
