Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More than 2% a year, I took a pay cut because the job was close to home and the workload was minimal. I've made things run better to the point where I now get more free time and I've been punished for that. Management doesn't listen to issues people are having and the reason why.
