Pay well fir the industry.

Insurance is as good as i have seen.

Benefits are on par with other companies, but the benefits team is slow to act and inaccurate.

More than 2% a year, I took a pay cut because the job was close to home and the workload was minimal. I've made things run better to the point where I now get more free time and I've been punished for that. Management doesn't listen to issues people are having and the reason why.

They don't care what you do as long as it gets done and you leave them alone. If you ask questions they get defensive and demanding. Friendly work atmosphere, where you learn the right thing to do and it is embraced by everyone. Teamwork and communication on a daily basis

Less sales driven and more operationally guided. To much number chasing and not enough attention paid to what is right and comliant.

Better pay as most people work more then just what their job entails, plus getting more working in all aspects of production, never enough to keep up woth output adequetly and in case of emergencies

Yes I feel undervalued. Nothing can make me feel better, but it would benefit all for the company to WANT to help employees get better instead of "oh well no worries".

Paid fairly against other comparable positions.

Compared to all our local plants we are one of the lowest paid

Short staffed using staffing shortages as a reason to save money

We are paid below the National standard and expected to always be in a hurry which is dangerous in our field

We are MTG employee's - however we do not get their benefits
