Management doesn't know how to do the job of communicate with customers. Doesn't know the supply they carry or how it works. Sales just makes up there own rules and sweeps the mistakes under the rug
Site Mgr takes credit for other peoples work , little to no positive feedback, he has no invovelment
Less sales team influence in operational decisions. more selling and less complaining from the sales team.
Better senior management better customer relations

Equal rights and fairness everybody needs to be expected to work or just a few
Fire people who are problems
Executive teams do not listen.
