there's no micromanagement, expectations and timelines tend to be realistic and fair, low stress in general and knowing i always get paid in time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Matillion tries to understand if they pay us fairly by comparing our salaries against other companies of a similar size to us. The problem is that it doesn't make sense. I won't "go" to a "similarly sized" company if I decide to leave, smaller and bigger companies offer significantly more money now
