The transparency, and the dedication to the overall goals of Matillion. Every executive has the same shared goals and values, and it is extremely genuine.
What makes you most happy at work?
When i help our customers on their data journey. I love resolving issues for customers in my role as a TSE, and I love being able to contribute to our customers goals and removing roadblocks.
