A genuine understanding of the positive aspect of remote working, with the trust that comes with it from both employee and employer and without a micro-management culture that you usually find in an office
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits (pension, health insurance, equity) are not yet provided to employees based outside the UK (and maybe the US), despite being "promised" on the job description and at the interview. It is a known issue and no offer of mitigation while sorting the benefits out has been offered
