A lot of leadership changes within the sale org in the 4 months I've been here, coupled with the lack of clarity around the future direction of marketing/demand gen, makes it very hard to feel like you're improving things for the future instead of just treading water.

Just all around team players willing to listen, be heard and try new things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sales comp packages are unclear at best... Updating quotas/targets will help, but Clari won't solve the issues behind an unpredictable month-to-month subscription business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
conversations, whether external or internal are energizing and allow sales reps who spend most of the day doing outreach to practice/enact their practical knowledge of the space.
