Overall good, but becoming extremely bureaucratic and slow. Feels like we're building processes suitable to 10k employees without going through intermediate steps (especially in engineering); the intermediate steps are the only reason those process work in large orgs and it's slowing us down.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many plates to spin, no time to do any self improvement except in own time, which given the extra hours I already put in is not particularly appealing
