I feel like our compensation needs to work to keep up with inflation. I'd rather we retain good, productive employees than lose them to higher-paying competition.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have far too many independent but connected workstreams on the GTM team. Bias for action is a great value, but it sometimes create situations where action is taken without information or consulting those that it impacts.
