Our team is fun to work with! Work is important, but so is having fun and making sure we're having a good time.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is very competitive and the PTO package is the best I've ever seen (25 days off after 1 year of being at Matillion).

The culture has changed in my department. It used to be very harmonious and collaborative but now there is a shift in the tide and "experts" are coming in to seek glory at the expense of others.
