There's too much high school drama
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the idea of what we do here
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'd like it better if we had better communication here, if there was actually a reason to look forward to going to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, we need to have all supervisors on the same page, i could literally go to 4 different supe's and ask a question and get a different answer from all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They way our pay periods work is awful, sometimes its 2 and a half weeks between paychecks. If the company closes due to weather we have to use our PTO to cover it, we don't have a choice in that.
