Its cubicles and just basic office atmosphere

There wasn't really one, It was a group session.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is decent for 12/ bks an hr to help with insurance information.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people knowing I am helping and getting to spend time meeting new ones.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is awesome. We can't talk much except on breaks but they are great people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The lower level managers are supervisors are great. I just thought the upper levels seemed snobbish and not interested in the little people.
