I typically hate interviews but with Maximus it was laid back and very informitive.

The work it's self. We help people who really need help. It makes the job rewarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other daily and do team activities together we work hard but we have a great time doing so.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's a team effort. The leadership team is dedicated to seeing that we excel at doing our jobs and moving up in the company. They are invested in us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The job we do helps millions of people so there is alot of work. Despite the pressures of getting the job done it's very positive and it makes you want to work harder.
