It's ok and I love my job but sometimes I wish I could work from home due to the way co workers behave and the politics in the job

I like the environment of the location
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not an east environment to work in and the job is stressful, the pay should be higher based on that

They need to realize it's not a competition and help each other., it would definitely make it nicer and more comfortable to work there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive would be the location of that office and the building we work in is nice and safe and most of all clean.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's mostly the people there that make it hard for new comers and also for others there, it's not a competition and shouldn't be treated as such
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the manager made me feel comfortable and that made me less nervous, also the interview went smooth and the questions were great, i left there feeling confident that I would return
