I did not like it, it was vague.
Understaffed, underpaid, and grossly overworked. 2 easy solutions, one get rid of all senior leadership and replace them with people that actually care about other people and not just their own bottom line, and 2, we need to unionize to stop this exploitation.
Our coworkers need to unionize and speak out against the gross ineptitude and merciless exploitation by senior leadership that extends all the way to the C Suite execs. We also need to address the frequent disregard of PoC for promotions and the unqualified promotions of non PoC.
The firm has no problem spending loads of money on anti-union TV ads and exec compensation but denies us the miniscule annual merit raise which was agreed when you're hired at the firm and secretly changes it in Workday. Cost of premiums go up with a worst plan, no compensation adjustment.
This company needs complete new leadership willing to demonstrate even a modicum of respect and care for the people at the firm who bust their tails day in and day out to generate revenue only to continue get underpaid and overworked. We need to unionize now. Out with the old and in the new.
