Benefits, specifically healthcare, is unmatched in terms of coverage and affordability. Still has a pension plan which is unheard of, plus contributes to matching

Excellent ROI in healthcare and healthcare management
Generous PTO, pension plan and benefits start day 1 for entire family.
Better compensation in all areas.

Keep on taking away Benifits to pay very high executive salaries.
compensation should be significantly raised, especially when Csuite is taking huge raises that are terribly disproportionate with the people that are caring for our patients
As the # 1 health care facility our pay should reflect that . We are paid way below even lical competition
My 23 years in leadership was not represented in my pay as I move to a direct care RN in the outpatient setting.
Benefits are less now than years ago. For example, Mayo has many schools to teach professionals, however, have removed tuition reimbursement for staff.
My wage is as expected. My benefits are not enough to entice new talent or keep current staff satisfied.
An increase is pay and benefits
employees are disposable, they clearly indicate you are replaceable
For my job, I handle communications for an entire part of Mayo's system. I believe I should be compensated better wage wise. Higher pay would be my only wish. Other benefits are great.
Other positions pay more and I'm paid less due to location then others
More forms of compensation would be good
The company does not care about well-being of employees. They talk alot but deliver little.
terrible staff to patient ratio and always out of supplies. high stress
Conpensation during the pandemic has been terrible
Mayo clinic actually keeping with the inflation going on in the world instead of ignoring it, when giving raises.
Pay is not reflective of current market place
I had to take a $12 an hour pay cut. I took the job because it was for a reputable company, in hopes of getting a higher paying job after a year (required). The PTO system is the worst I've ever seen. I have never been told I have to use my own PTO to cover a federal holiday.
