My supervisor and assistant supervisor are amazing!! They are very forgiving of mistakes, and kindly coach you to improve, rather than castigate or scold. Plus, we always look for occasions to have food!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Managers should be available, a resource, encouraging, inclusive, know about healthcare, support employees to grow and learn and above all else be trustful. My manager is dishonest, favortism, tries to avoid his employees, and did not provide any training for the department to succeed.

Actively listening to their staff and addressing concerns in a timely manner and or addressing concerns and providing a reasonable timeframe in which an actionable solution would be implemented.

Changing leadership styles and not let their personal life affect the way they manage. We as employees are not allowed to bring our personal problems into the work place and the managers shouldn't as well.
