I am happiest at work when I can provide excellent care.

Staff is very positive, helpful and ready to support.

The end of my shift after having to cover 2 or 3 times the patients i can realisticallt cover

The administration is not competent and makes a lot of poor decisions affecting patient care and healthcare team. They foster toxic culture and fear.

Not over working current staff

Paid holiday and more flextime.
