Better compensation in all areas.
Making the same amount or less than a coworker who has an online degree and never worked a day in healthcare but the manager hired him because of their military background.

Keep on taking away Benifits to pay very high executive salaries.
compensation should be significantly raised, especially when Csuite is taking huge raises that are terribly disproportionate with the people that are caring for our patients
As the # 1 health care facility our pay should reflect that . We are paid way below even lical competition
