Disregard for health and safety of nurses who are expected to travel very long distances every day. Visits are scheduled with no thought to how much the nurses have to do each day. No work/life balance. Poorly planned routes which add to the long hours expected. Lack of support from management.

Seeing patients and carrying out nursing duties

I cant think of anything positive.

The team support one another much more than management does.

It was a while ago. Not very formal but it has since changed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Concerns about long distance travelling when tired are not actioned. Poorly planned rotas are ongoing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Looking after the wellbeing of the staff on the ground. Actioning concerns raised. Focus a little less on the business side of things and remember the human element.
