I work in the Brand, Marketing and Comms team. Bonnie Jacobs, is the most dishonest and cruel leader I have ever observed. She hides and changes information before it is given to Senior Leaders. She is disrespectful and condescending to her team. She is under investigation for the fourth time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Many of my co-workers are talented and kind.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It could be a faster process
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are compensated well. That is the only reason anyone stays. We are all miserable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team, up to our CEO, is well aware of the problems in BMC, yet does nothing about it. Bonnie continues to hurt the company and her employees through her dishonest and cruel behavior.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are some very talented and kind people at McKesson. Unforutantely, this behavior is not recognized in the BMC and the good people leave or have no career opportunities as Bonnie Jacobs only promotes those who mirror her behaviors.
