MARCH 2023 layoffs increased my responsibilities from already working 2 roles to now performing 3 roles with no additional wage benefits. Turnaround is about 6 months and burnout over the last 4 years is obvious. They have no loyalty towards its employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct team will jump in when someone is close to burnout.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Misery loves company. We joke about our hardships, but being lighthearted with a light wallet doesn't last long.
