They are punctual, indersstanding and open minded. They take time to listen to their team and their needs, and are results driven. They also reward for hard work done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was familiar with those who interviewed me and it made expressing myself much easier. I was able to answer many questions and nervousness just sort of fell by the wayside.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new ways to take care of business and expanding my perspective. I also look forward to interacting with my team and superiors. They provide so much knowledge and insight. Genuinely happy to be able to work with many bright minds and the culture is very diverse.
