Leadership is the biggest weak point. Be prepared for everyone around you to throw you under the bus in an instant if it can benefit them in any way, shape, or form. Very high turnover here.
Positivity. Difficult in such a negative envoironment, but with management working so actively to make the workplace more negative and stressful, it's very unhelpful when coworkers on your own level/team contribute to the negativity. Need to look out for each other and lift each other up.
They will pay you as little as they possibly can. They are not concerned with the subsequent turnover, only the bottom line. Also, if you leave for a competitor (whom often pay 10k+ or more for the same positions) you will be blacklisted from the company and ineligible to return.
Hiring people who know how to lead, instead of only hiring power hungry micro-managers. Almost impossible to recover from a bad manager hire here as there is no real accountability. Those at the bottom of the corporate ladder can and will be used as scapegoats for any managerial issues that arise.
