They are very fair. They work hard and give regular raises to keep our compensation above market value.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are attentive and fair to all employees. If you have a problem you can take it to them and know it will be properly addressed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Potlucks. We do potlucks regularly and eat as a whole group. The boss BBQ's and everyone pitches in a dish. We all eat together in the break room and get a chance to visit with friends from other shifts.
