I get a pay check and have a job even tho I'm not happy with either.

Management needs to treat problems on a case by case not everyone and everything is text book
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance is garbage. For a pharmaceutical company you think that you would have better benefits. The hourly wage is not comparable to other warehouses. Steps you have to go through for disability or restriction profile is ridiculous. It's almost like it takes an act of congress to get done
