Very informal. We had a conversation instead of an interview.
Treating their employees like people instead of a warm body in a rotating office chair.
There are a lot of cliques inside the office between management, employees and a mix of the two. Instead of complaining people need to help each other to improve.
Better work-life balance, no more favoritism towards certain employees, realizing that we are people not machines and can only accomplish so much in one day and also be accurate.
The job is boring and accomplishments are not recognized. We have a management team that does not listen to the people that do all the ground work so that they can reap the rewards.
They expect the employees to work around the clock but do not want to pay them for their time. Pay is higher than in other places but it could be higher for what is expected.
