McKesson used to be a great place to work, but it has changed considerably - a weak Executive team, poor leadership behaviors that go unchecked, no clear strategy, and the ongoing opioids crisis have really morphed the culture and effectiveness of the company, both inside and out.

Bold direction that inspires and motivates people. True diverse leadership at all levels, including a commitment to equal pay and promotion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too much of the equity incentive still flows to the senior executives, and not enough to others across the company to foster a real owner/operator mentality in a meaningful way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear direction for the business. An actual focus on executing a strategy versus talking about the same things again and again. Too much incrementalism and not enough bold execution.
