i, and most of my coworkers believe that our contribution for this company is way more that what our salaries show
Pay could be a lot better than what it is. The company doesn't care about employees, only the bottom line, so there is a high turn-over rate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well a lot of people dont like there job so the mood is down
I am underpaid to deal with the level of clients that I do
We just need better benefits and need to get rid of a few annoying coworkers.
bosses and managers don't talk or create trust with their employees
