What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong team overall, and brave leaders.
Better onboarding resources, better communication.
Overall good transparency and keeping us up to date with future changes in the platform abd healthcare delivery services.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To be inclusive of all employees. Ive worked here for over 4 years and have never felt really welcomed or really part of the team.
Get rid of current leadership
Being leaders, not lying, compensating, not committing nepotism
Improving culture during rapid growth, don't forget the small details
What is the best part about your compensation package?
High salaries, and very comprehensive packages overall.
Company pays above market and has excellent banding for roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like higher compensation per visit.
No respect given by management and not paid fairly
Better bonus and higher base
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really competent and friendly, awesome group.
We care for one another
Many departments are well managed and some leave a lot to be desired

Can’t trust anyone there. Co-workers will undermine you and stab you in the bac

Everybody wants to succeed and believes in the mission to help people
