From the last 2 years we are having continuous changes in the ELT. This needs to stop. Company needs to pay employees fairly. There should be a third party market research company involved who decides if we are getting paid right or not. Restructure the compensation grades.

Toxic management from regional Sales and Pre-sales leadership, with 2 people having unlimited power on everything. Europe Sales leadership has no understanding of what the company does, no knowledge of local markets and main companies and lacks of SaaS culture. Pre-Sales AVP is acting as a dictator.

There is too much infrastructural overhead. Compliance and management processes need to be streamlined and less disruptive. The product plan needs to be coherent and measurable. The sales teams are incentivized to conflict with the rest of the company.

Give us a mission and help us execute it. We're floundering and putting out fires without any sense of purpose. Also, make it easier to fix pay equity issues. It's nearly impossible to bring an underpaid employee into their salary band.

I dislike that every project is meant to be priority one. How can one manage and service multiple clients at once knowing that every time a request or project comes in, it has to be prioritized over everything. That is no way to organize a team, let alone a company. I dread waking up to this job
