The company building has a good climate, good light, quality furniture, different areas for different ways of working. All colleagues from all kind of departments are helpful. Colleagues value the collaboration, the human interaction and the common thinking is end-to-end. We all contribute together.

Communication is key!! And every shift is lacking on it in production! It would be nice if everyone were given the change to get promoted instead of just giving the favorites chances to new promotions. Like I mentioned before, it's who you know and not what you know!
