  • The leadership is doing the best they can given budget cuts and quotas and numbers to meet. If you have a caring manager that likes people, it goes a long way to making things better to work there. The company as a whole used to treat its employees so well, because they knew their employees took care of their patients. Now everyone is a number with statistics and algorithms and staff that used to enjoy their jobs because they feel appreciated don’t have time to go to the bathroom.

  • It was a positive experience and I had a great feeling about this small company run by four ER doctors who have unfortunately since then sold the company which was again resold and now is more of the same too big anonymous corporate mess as every other big company out there.

  • A pants suit is appropriate, as is nice slacks, blouse, and sweater for females, or dress with jacket. Men may go colorful with shirt and tie selections. Navy blue is the color of everyone’s scrubs, so if your suit just happens to be navy blue you’re subliminally saying you fit in.... but don’t go buy something if you only have black. Good luck!
