I am all taken care of with my health benefits I care and dental. Was very happy working for this company for sometime but overtime that has changed due to the people that work there. We've lost employees because the people that work there.

After not having anything for 10 months, it's nice to know I'm covered now

Need qualified staff and front desk

They need to actually show up at work. Lots of no-call no-shows. They are late daily and absolutely nothing is done about it

Hire people who want to work and not just read books and watch tv on their phones.

Teamwork is apparent in the workplace

The people I work with are the most positive part of the company culture. Although recruiting sufficient numbers of employees is a problem, the company tends to recruit more of the right kind of people.

Our culture is steeped in the ongoing vision of exceeding our patients expectations and it is reflected in everything we do

Take care of patients, do the right thing, don't see patients you know you can't help just to make more money and send them to higher level of care.
