Some of my coworkers and my manager and per are snippy at me in front of patients sometimes. I just wanna go to work and work. It's difficult to work there now. Had a very stressed out per yell at me when she works seven days in a row, Things happen there that should not be happening. No supervision

Communication respect is a big one huge one. To be considerate and not judge mental. To work as a team overall
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to strongly advise positive attitudes and respect towards each other At all times no matter what they think. That is what is going to make it work like a well oiled machine
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the people are okay to work with there really good people consider respectful kind understanding and concentrate on why they were there, to work. Not there to make friends, make fun of people. Etc. etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am all taken care of with my health benefits I care and dental. Was very happy working for this company for sometime but overtime that has changed due to the people that work there. We've lost employees because the people that work there.
