They need to actually show up at work. Lots of no-call no-shows. They are late daily and absolutely nothing is done about it

Hire people who want to work and not just read books and watch tv on their phones.

We need to strongly advise positive attitudes and respect towards each other At all times no matter what they think. That is what is going to make it work like a well oiled machine

Better management, management is awful and unprofessional

No more violating the medical privacy. No sharing od Xrays by Twitter. Stop secretly prescribe HCQ by phone without paper trail

Take care of patients, do the right thing, don't see patients you know you can't help just to make more money and send them to higher level of care.
