Yes. Worse company to work for. No ability to move up.

I would like a company that values it's employees and doesn't just treat them as expendable worker bees

Competitive pay for the area that each individual store is located in.

Years of work only to be overlooked.

Asked to do a million things because there is no plan or structure or processes.

Promises of raises that haven't happened and then taking tips away on top of that? Not being allowed to tell customers we dont get tips when they directly ask.

Not a liveable wage for full time, tax and extra 25% every quarter of the year (4x total a year), can't get full time hours consistently, retail style job so no pay increase for the first year (recruiter stated promotions and raises are constantly happening), and a raise in title doesn't mean pay to
