Management needs to learn how to communicate with staff. We need to see opportunities of growth for minority’s. A black guy going for HR if he don’t get the position then most of us will walk..
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Took forever to get hired also was told about opportunities for growth but so far only Caucasians get those opportunities... if that black guy gets the HR position then we know that Hispanics have a chance to grow too.
