Company needs to be more adaptable to the changing research world and their own changing portfolio of trials
I believe we are paid far less than other CROs. Medpace claims they make up the difference with the variable compensation program but this doesn't kick in for oncology trials until you've been there for two years. This is unfair.
Cater the interview to the level of prior experience - having to do a presentation on the value of a CRA may be considered ok for recent college-grads, but I find it overall demeaning and it is certainly demeaning to those who have been working in the field of clinical research for years already.
