What would you improve about your company's interview process?
interview was super easy and now I know why
Improve timely communication. Inform applicants of their status promptly and don't make them contact the company multiple times about interviews or hiring decisions.
Cater the interview to the level of prior experience - having to do a presentation on the value of a CRA may be considered ok for recent college-grads, but I find it overall demeaning and it is certainly demeaning to those who have been working in the field of clinical research for years already.
