What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The previous culture we had before the merger is clinging on, which makes this office a joy to work at. But overall, the environment as a whole stinks.
What are some of the best things about your team?The individuals I work with are awesome. Wonderful people. But the leadership from memBlue pushes a bunch of time-wasting meetings and performance reviews that are dreadful. Because they focus on the wrong metrics that matter.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The health benefits are great. The commission structure is a joke, and they find several ways not to pay you the money you are owed. They use the guise of being hired out by clients as a good thing, but at the end of the day it's so they do not have to cash out on your comms money they graciously ho
