    The previous culture we had before the merger is clinging on, which makes this office a joy to work at. But overall, the environment as a whole stinks.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
    The individuals I work with are awesome. Wonderful people. But the leadership from memBlue pushes a bunch of time-wasting meetings and performance reviews that are dreadful. Because they focus on the wrong metrics that matter.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    The health benefits are great. The commission structure is a joke, and they find several ways not to pay you the money you are owed. They use the guise of being hired out by clients as a good thing, but at the end of the day it's so they do not have to cash out on your comms money they graciously ho
