Overall positive. I'm passionate and competitive about being the best. Thankfully, Menards values that. The major flaw is how they only track the bad team member points. All the extra shifts you covered or stayed late for and extra work done goes unnoticed.

I don't like the compensation package setup, currently it's not balanced well.

Finishing daily tasks early, making my GMs happy and seeing my department reach goals.

My team is full of hard workers. A couple of them 20+ years in the same department.
