I work at the Distribution Center, and it is not really that bad in my building. The on floor Managers that I see everyday care about the employees under them and give a lot of autonomy to employees as long as they are doing their jobs. It is dumb that you have to work weekends, but overall not bad.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give employees the freedom to do their work and are not breathing down their backs. Really friendly in my personal building, but other building are different depending on the managers you have. I got lucky!
