That was enough time ago, I vaguely remember.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our management team needs to actually take care of our stores needs, example would be more help. We currently work with half the people we need and then are overloaded and overwhelmed with all the required tasks. All the while, the management won't help out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I used to have great benefits. Those have been cut back. People need health insurance, vision & dental benefits, life insurance. Repeatedly we have asked for more help so we can accomplish the daily tasks that need done, yet no one is listening. We give 100% most days and are told it's not enough.
