I love working for Menards. The only problem we have is our GM he sweeps problems under the rug. That's not how things should work.

My managers with the exception of one are great nice people
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In the westover store, all managers are awesome buy the GM, Mark... he's not a good Manger at all. He plays favorites, and does fix any problem.
