Leadership needs to get better at communicating with employees. Leadership needs to stop abusing power and authority.

The people I work with are genuine down to earth hardworking good people. I've never had an issue with coworkers only upper management.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Potential employees need to know upfront if there will be more than one interview. Orientation needs to be the full length not cut by one and a half hours
