
It was just a nice, straight forward interview.
They need to be better at treating their employees.
It's mainly about how employees are treated by the general office, and that managers get actually paid for the work they do as managers.
They need to stop taking away almost all of a managers bonuses thru fines. And people from the general office need to learn how to treat employees in the store better.
The only thing that really differs for pay between managers and full time is bonuses. But they fine managers so much, which is most of the time out of the managers control, that they barely get paid more then full time. And they make the managers work too many hours sometimes.
