I love working for Menards its by far the best company i have ever worked for. John Menards (owner, founder) is very fair to both his full-time employees as well as to his part-time employees. He treats everyone equally. Everyone at my store is a team player including management

They make you feel right at place and management is very friendly and caring and they like to give everyone a fair chance
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers who we refer to as guest because we want to make them feel like they are family to us. I love seeing guest with a smile on their face and very satisfied.
